Ingredients:
1 package of Garlic Pepper Fettuccini  
1 pound Italian sausage  
1 teaspoon olive oil, pomace  
3 cups crushed tomatoes, canned  
½ teaspoon pepper, black ground  
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped  
½ teaspoon kosher salt  
½ teaspoon sugar, granulated  
2 cups cream  
2 tablespoons parmesan  
2 tablespoons basil, chopped  
salt and pepper

Directions:
1. In saucepan cook sausage until done. Drain off any remaining fat.  
2. In separate saucepan sauté garlic in olive oil until golden.  
3. Add tomatoes, pepper, parsley, salt & sugar; simmer for 20 minutes.  
4. Add cooked sausage and cream.  
5. Bring to simmer approximately 10 minutes until pasta sauce consistency.  
6. Serve over pasta cooked according to package directions and garnish with parmesan and basil.
