1 package of Artichoke Linguini

1/2 cup almonds

1 pound chicken

1 tablespoon curry powder

1/2 cup diced carrots

1/2 cup olive oil

1/2 cup diced peppers

1/2 cup sesame oil

       

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

     

                   

1.    Heat oil in sauté pan & cook    chicken over medium heat until done.

2.    Add vegetables, almonds, and sesame oil. Cook for 2 minutes.   Add curry powder and mix thoroughly. Toss with warm pasta and serve.
