1 package of Roasted Red Bell Fettuccini

1 green pepper, diced

1 red pepper, diced

1 yellow pepper, diced

5 large roma tomatoes, diced

3 large carrots, sliced thinly

1/4 cup olive oil

1/2 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup limejuice

1/8 cup balsamic vinegar

1. Cook pasta according to package directions.

2. Once cooked, rinse in cold water to stop cooking process.

3.  Once cooled, mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, overnight if possible.
