Ingredients
1 package of Chili Chili Linguini
1 lb. ground chuck, lamb, or veal
1 small green pepper, diced
1 good size onion, chopped
2 tablespoon wine vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 12 oz. avocado or 2 medium, firmer than ripe, sliced
29 oz. can tomatoes with juice
1 tablespoon chili powder to taste
1/2 cup grated parmesan or romano cheese
 
Directions
1. Put on 5 qts of water to boil.
2. Sauté meat with onions and green pepper to rare state-dont overdo it. Drain off ½ of the fat. Add olive oil, vinegar, soy sauce, and avocado. On medium to high heat, sauté for about a minute or so
3. Add tomatoes.
4. Lay pasta in rapidly boiling water. Stir once or twice. Cook to directions on package.
5. Lay pasta into rapidly boiling water, stir once or twice and cook to directions on package.
6. Drain pasta and incorporate it with the sauce. Sprinkle on grated cheese.
