Ingredients
1 package of Asian Fusion Linguini-cooked
2 ounce snow peas
2 ounces shredded carrots
¼ head, Bok Choy, chopped
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
½ cup, sliced shiitake mushrooms
Salt and white pepper
Toasted sesame seeds

Asian Vinaigrette:
3 Tbsp canola oil
2 Tbsp sesame oil
3 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp chopped cilantro
1 tsp dried chili flakes
 

Directions

1. Add vinegar, soy, sugar, chili flakes and cilantro into mixing bowl.

2. Slowly whisk in oils while constantly stirring to emulsify.

3. Refrigerate until ready to use.

*Makes a great marinade for chicken, salmon or beef.
