1/2 package of Asian Fusion Linguini

6 cups chicken stock

2 cups of water

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup soy sauce

3 slices fresh ginger root, minced

1 cup snow peas, sliced

1 carrot, julienned

1/2 cup peas

1/4 cup sliced green onion

2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, trimmed

cilantro, to garnish

 

 

 

1. In a large saucepan, bring 1st five ingredients to a simmer.

2. Add chicken breasts, cook until done, about 10-15 minutes.

3. Remove chicken, add pasta, cook gently, about 5 minutes.

4. Add the snow peas, carrots and peas and simmer about 5 minutes.

5. Add sliced chicken.

6. Garnish with green onion and cilantro.
